How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and checkout with Paystack. We’ll email your confirmation and contact you with next steps.

Can I pick up instead of delivery?

Yes. At checkout, choose Pickup and select your preferred location (Ikota or Iponri). We’ll let you know when your order is ready.

Do you deliver?

Yes — delivery is available in selected Lagos areas. Delivery fees are shown at checkout based on your area.

Can I choose colour, size, or age?

When a product has options, tap Add to cart and type your choice (e.g. colour or size). Your selection is included in your order and sent to us by email.

What is your refund policy?

Please read our Company Policy. In short: No refund — exchange only on eligible items.

How soon will you contact me?

After payment we review your order and reach out as soon as possible — usually within one business day (Mon–Sat).

What are your opening hours?

Mon–Sat · 9am (10am) – 6pm · Ikota & Iponri.
